On March 24, HGSU-UAW will be welcoming Christine Brigagliano, a partner at Van Der Hout, Brigagliano, and Nightingale, LLP, a renowned firm specializing in immigration and nationality law. She will speak to international students about the issues they face while enrolled in school and what to expect after graduation.
HGSU-UAW organizers will also be on hand to answer questions about how membership in a union relates to visa status (spoiler alert: not at all). The event will be free and open to all graduate students. Ms. Brigagliano will be visiting both campuses on the same day.
